Refund policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging and documentation included.

Please note:

• Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
